The 4,000 sq. ft. space can be used for production offices, basecamps, building sets, photoshoots, video shoots, model castings, fashion productions, band rehearsals, dance rehearsals, fitness classes, and as a remote fulfillment center.

Teknique Productions has an onsite parking lot with a 8-car capacity. There is also a free municipal parking lot directly next to the studio that can hold about 25 cars.

General Rules 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. 2. No illegal substances allowed on the property. 3. No lodging. 4. Support animals only; additional cleaning fee may be incurred. 5. Any physical changes to the interior and/or exterior of the building must be approved in writing by Teknique Productions management and removed by client at the end of the rental. Certain signage may require additional permit by the city. 6. Clients are responsible for basic cleanup and trash removal at the end of rental. 7. Any temporary exterior signage must be approved by College Park City Hall before installation. 8. Any use after 10pm must be approved by Teknique Productions management. Security is required for all events after 10pm. 9. No one under the age of 18 is allowed without adult supervision. 10. All clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance. 11. A Teknique Productions team member will be onsite at all times.

Teknique Productions has 24-hour video surveillance in all main areas inside (excluding bathroom) , as well as the entire exterior of the property.
